Our story
ERNEST WELL'S LTD was founded by a small team of accountants who were tired of seeing local businesses pay for services they didn't understand, from firms that never returned calls. We set out to build something different: an accounting practice that's easy to reach, explains things clearly, and treats every client like a neighbour rather than a number.
Since opening our doors, we've grown to a close‑knit team of 2–10 professionals. We look after sole traders, limited companies, partnerships, landlords and charities across the UK — handling everything from a single Self Assessment return to full bookkeeping, payroll, VAT, management accounts, and year‑end accounts. Whatever the size of your business, our approach stays the same: take care of the numbers, talk to you like a person, and make sure nothing slips through the cracks.
We also specialise in strategic taxation (Corporation Tax, personal income tax, capital gains, inheritance tax, and VAT) and trust & company services, including company secretarial work and compliance support.
